Watermelon Candy
Tonight, we’re talking watermelon. There’s not a flavor that’s more iconic of
warm, sunny days spent at a neighborhood barbecue, surrounded by friends and
family. Once the temperatures start
warming up, hundreds of these large, solid, dark green melons appear in grocery
stores all over the country, and you know it’s truly summertime once again.
Oft times, though, it’s not the flavor of the melon itself
that we associate with summer and a happy childhood – it’s our favorite
watermelon bubble gum or candy that we remember. Whether it’s the juicy sensation of chewing
that piece of Hubba Bubba and having bubble blowing competitions with our
friends or downing a package of watermelon-flavored Pop Rocks and keeping our
mouths open to hear all the crackling and popping, that taste is definitely a
blast from the past.
Moose Knuckle out of Anchorage, Alaska, has developed an
e-liquid that will take you back to those happy childhood moments again and
again with each vape, and the name says it all – Watermelon Candy.
Watermelon Candy is one of the wonderful Moose Knuckle
flavors available on their website and in the stores to whom they
wholesale. According to their website,

This particular juice flavor is a big seller at my local
vape shop, so I wanted to try it to see what the fuss was all about. Man oh man, I did not regret it! Their flavor description was spot on!
Opening the bottle to smell the juice, you immediately smell
that watermelon candy aroma. Whether it’s
watermelon Hubba Bubba or any other candy that you remember, the odor will
immediately spark your nostalgia.
The same thing happened when I sampled a drop on my
finger. Tasting it in this manner
instantly sent me back in time to opening up a watermelon Ring Pop and, while
acting like it was an expensive gemstone ring, sucking on the delicious candy
throughout the day.
I then knew why this flavor is so popular.
I juiced up some fresh cotton and fired it a few times to
experience the smell of the juice when heated.
Because of the little bits of popping and crackling from the juice as it
hit hot coils, I closed my eyes and could remember the excitement when you
found that rare package of watermelon Pop Rocks hidden among the packs of
strawberry and fruit punch flavors.
Beginning with my mod at 50 watts, I began to vape it. Each inhale and exhale was the same wonderful
flavor – that watermelon Jolly Rancher you worked so hard to find in a package
of mixed flavors before they started selling packages of individual flavors.
As with the other flavors of Moose Knuckle e-liquid I’ve
tried, this juice did not turn harsh at my mod’s higher wattages. Even at 150 watts (where my mod tops out),
the flavor was still that same sweet candy flavor I enjoyed so much as a child.
If you enjoy that watermelon candy flavor, this is
definitely the juice for you. It will
easily become an all-day vape – and one you will return to time and again in
your rotation. A home run!
